By placing an order through this store, you agree to the following terms.

All sales are final. Because prints, albums, digital downloads, and other photo products are custom products, orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once placed.

Please review your order carefully before checkout, including image selection, product size, crop, quantity, shipping address, and email address.

SLO County Creative is not responsible for errors made during checkout, including incorrect image selections, cropping choices, product sizes, quantities, shipping addresses, or email addresses.

Digital downloads are delivered electronically and cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.

Prints, albums, and physical products are produced by professional print partners and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Production and shipping times may vary.

If an item arrives damaged or there is a printing defect, please contact SLO County Creative within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the order and help resolve eligible production or shipping issues.

Colors, brightness, and contrast may appear slightly different between screens and printed products. This is normal and is not considered a defect.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership. All images remain the property of SLO County Creative. Digital downloads are subject to the Digital Image License shown at checkout.
